Terms and Conditions
All purchases from Prestige Pine are subject to the following terms and conditions:
You are entering into a contract with us, Prestige Pine upon placing an order with us.
Orders
You are responsible when placing orders for ensuring that all information you supply to us for sizes, materials, paint colours, finishings and fittings are correct and accurate. We accept no liability whatsoever for errors made by you. You must also ensure your order is able to be delivered to your property/the destination room and will fit through doorways and up narrow staircases. We do not accept any liability for errors in this regard.
We reserve the right to cancel your order should any payment due not be forthcoming. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if we or our suppliers have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or such goods have been discontinued.
All lead times for orders for goods are an estimate and subject to change, we will inform you if this is the case and endeavour to deliver your goods within a reasonable timeframe subject to circumstances outside of our control.
If any amendment to your order is required before production of your goods have begun this needs to be confirmed and agreed in person by way of a telephone call, email communication will not be accepted. Any amendments discussed and agreed can be confirmed thereafter via email.
Upon ordering of goods you must provide us with your address for invoicing and your address for delivery and your contact details. If we are provided with only one address we will make the assumption this is the delivery address for the goods unless you state otherwise. We will not accept liability for any non communication from you for change of address.
Deposits and Final Payment
For standard orders we require a 20% non refundable deposit to be paid when placing the order and upon receipt of our invoice. The full balance is due 48 hours before delivery. Non payment of the full balance will result in cancellation of your order. If you do not pay the full balance 48 hours before delivery is due and then wish to make a late payment this may result in your delivery being delayed. No orders will leave the workshop until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
For bespoke orders we require a 50% non refundable deposit to be paid when placing the order and upon receipt of our invoice. A bespoke order is defined as an order made to your required measurements and/or design, to include use of any paint range not described by us as our standard range. As with a standard order, the full balance is due 48 hours before delivery. Non payment of the full balance will result in cancellation of your order. If you do not pay the full balance 48 hours before delivery is due and then wish to make a late payment this may result in your delivery being delayed.
For full payments that are made when first placing an order the above conditions apply, for standard orders 20% of the full price of the goods is non refundable and for bespoke goods 50% of the full price of the goods will be non refundable.
Delivery
Prestige Pine uses third party couriers for all goods deliveries. All payments for delivery will need to be made directly to the courier for your goods unless otherwise agreed . We do not accept responsibility for quotations or delivery charges. The third party courier will need to be provided with your contact details in order to arrange delivery.
Once your goods are ready the Courier will contact you direct to arrange a delivery date. Any dates specified by us/the courier for delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
The courier is unaccompanied and so may require assistance to safely unload your furniture. Should you require a second person to help with unloading please state this when speaking to the courier when he contacts you to arrange delivery (further charges will apply). Our courier only delivers to the first floor unless otherwise agreed directly with you.
Upon delivery of goods you are responsible for inspecting goods and reporting to us immediately any alleged fault or error that has been found and before the goods are used or fitted. We will not accept liability for any claim in respect of any alleged defect, fault or error that would be apparent upon inspection before use or fitting.
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we do not deliver to your area. If the delivery address stated when placing your order changes then further charges may be incurred.
